Returns & Exchanges
We gladly replace or exchange items if:
Your item arrives damaged during manufacturing.
You receive the wrong item.
Your item has a significant manufacturing defect.
To be eligible, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery. Requests submitted after 7 days cannot be accepted.
We are unable to accept returns or exchanges for:
Incorrect size selection. Please review the size chart before ordering.
Incorrect color selection.
Incorrect shipping address entered at checkout.
Packages marked as delivered but lost or stolen after delivery.
Items that have been worn, washed, or altered.
Items returned without their original packaging.
Items with odors, including cigarette or marijuana smoke.
Items containing pet hair or showing signs of pet damage.
Minor color variations. Colors may appear slightly different depending on your screen or device but will closely match the advertised product.
Discounted, clearance, or sale items. All sale items are final.

Every Anointed Material item is made especially for you after your order is placed. Because we partner with a trusted print-on-demand fulfillment provider, orders are typically processed within 5 to 10 business days before shipping. During holidays, special launches, and peak shopping seasons, processing times may be longer.

We are not responsible for shipping carrier delays once your order has been shipped.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages that are marked as delivered by the carrier.
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Orders shipped to an incorrect address entered at checkout are the customer's responsibility.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for any reshipping fees.

Anointed Material proudly ships to Canada and select countries worldwide.
International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, taxes, or other charges required by their country. These fees are determined by your local customs office and are not included in your purchase price or shipping cost.
