By shopping with Anointed Material you agree to the following terms. All sales are final unless the error was made on our end. Customers must be 18 years or older to purchase. We reserve the right to refuse service and update these terms at any time. All designs and content are the intellectual property of Anointed Material and may not be reproduced without written permission. Discounted and sale items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY

We want you to love your purchase. Please read carefully before ordering.

We accept returns and exchanges ONLY if:

  • Item was damaged during manufacturing

  • Wrong item was sent

  • Significant defect on our end

Request must be made within 7 days of delivery. Day 8 and beyond will not be accepted. No exceptions.

We do NOT accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Customer ordered wrong size — please check our size chart carefully before ordering

  • Customer ordered wrong color

  • Customer entered wrong shipping address

  • Package stolen during delivery

  • Item has been worn or washed

  • Item removed from original packaging

  • Item smells of cigarette or marijuana smoke

  • Item contains pet hair or animal damage

  • Minor color variations — colors may vary slightly depending on manufacturer and monitor settings but will remain close to advertised

  • Discounted or sale items — all sales are final

  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked delivered

  • Incorrect addresses entered at checkout are the customer's responsibility

  • If a package is returned due to incorrect address customer is responsible for reshipping costs

ORDERS

How long does it take to process my order? Orders are typically processed within 3-7 business days. During peak seasons and holidays processing may take a little longer. You will receive a confirmation email once your order ships.

Can I change or cancel my order after it's placed? We begin processing orders quickly so changes and cancellations are not guaranteed. Contact us immediately at anointedmaterialstore@gmail.com and we will do our best to help.

I entered the wrong shipping address. What do I do? Contact us immediately at anointedmaterialstore@gmail.com. If your order has not yet been processed we may be able to update it. If it has already shipped the customer is responsible for any reshipping costs.

SIZING

How do I know what size to order? Please refer to our size chart before ordering. Sizes can vary slightly between styles. We do not accept returns or exchanges for sizing issues so please measure carefully before purchasing.

Do your shirts run true to size? Generally yes however we always recommend checking the size chart for each individual product.

SHIPPING

Where do you ship? Domestic and international shipping details will be updated once fulfillment partner is confirmed.

How do I track my order? Once your order ships you will receive a tracking number via email. Allow 24-48 hours for tracking to update.

My package says delivered but I didn't receive it. We are sorry to hear that. Unfortunately once a package is marked delivered by the carrier it is out of our hands. We recommend checking with neighbors, your building office, or filing a claim directly with the carrier.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

What is your return policy? We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery for manufacturing defects or incorrect items only. All other sales are final. Please review our full Refund Policy for details.

My item arrived damaged or defective. What do I do? Contact us within 7 days of delivery at anointedmaterialstore@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the damage. We will make it right.

Can I exchange for a different size or color? Unfortunately we do not accept exchanges for size or color changes. Please review our size chart and product photos carefully before ordering.

PRODUCTS

Why does my shirt color look slightly different from the website? Colors may vary slightly depending on your screen settings and the manufacturer used for that particular item. We do our best to ensure colors remain close to what is shown but minor variations are not grounds for a return.

Are your shirts good quality? Absolutely. We use quality blanks and professional printing to ensure every piece meets our standards before it ships to you.
