Returns & Exchanges
We gladly replace or exchange items if:
Your item arrives damaged during manufacturing.
You receive the wrong item.
Your item has a significant manufacturing defect.
To be eligible, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery. Requests submitted after 7 days cannot be accepted.
We are unable to accept returns or exchanges for:
Incorrect size selection. Please review the size chart before ordering.
Incorrect color selection.
Incorrect shipping address entered at checkout.
Packages marked as delivered but lost or stolen after delivery.
Items that have been worn, washed, or altered.
Items returned without their original packaging.
Items with odors, including cigarette or marijuana smoke.
Items containing pet hair or showing signs of pet damage.
Minor color variations. Colors may appear slightly different depending on your screen or device but will closely match the advertised product.
Discounted, clearance, or sale items. All sale items are final.

Because we partner with a trusted print-on-demand fulfillment provider, orders are typically processed within 5 to 10 business days before shipping. During holidays, special launches, and peak shopping seasons, processing times may be longer.
